<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Prosource Technologies <br />December 13, 2005 <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Construction Requirements <br /> <br />The applicant will comply with the construction requirements outlined in the ordinance. <br /> <br />Design Standards <br /> <br />The proposed tower will be a mono-pole with a flat gray galvanized steel finish which will <br />blend in with the sky. The communication equipment at the base of the tower will be located <br />in a small shelter. The exterior of the shelter will be face brick to match the exterior of the <br />Public Safety Building. The shelter will be screened from the ball fields by evergreens. The <br />tower and equipment will be enclosed with a 6 foot high chain link fence topped with 3 <br />strands of barbed wire. Access will be provided from the rear parking area of the Public <br />Service Building by a 12 foot wide drive. The drive will be paved to match the parking lot. <br /> <br />Signs and Advertising <br /> <br />No signage or advertising are proposed. <br /> <br />Illumination <br /> <br />No lighting is proposed. A safety beacon will be located on top of the tower. <br /> <br />Standards for Issuance of a Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />The issuance of a Conditional Use Permit can be ordered only if the use at the proposed <br />location: <br /> <br />1. Will not endanger, it!fure or detrimentallY affect the use and ef!Jqyment of other proper(} in the <br />immediate viciniry or the public health, scifery, morals, comforl, convenience or general we!fare of the <br />neighborhood or the ciry. <br />2. Will be consistent with the comprehensive plan. <br />3. Will not impede the normal and orderlY development and improvement of surrounding vacant <br />proper(}. <br />4. Will be served adequatelY fry and will not adverselY affect essential public facilities and services <br />including streets, police and fire protection, drainage, refuse disposal, water and sewer .rystems, parks <br />and schools; and will not, in parlicular, create trqffic congestion or inteiference with trqffic on <br />atfjacent and neighboringpublic thoroughfares. <br />5. Will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials, equipment and conditions of operation that will <br />be detrimental to a1!Y persons or proper(} because of excessive trqffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, <br />odors, dust or vibrations. <br />6. Will not result in the destruction, loss or damage of a natural, scenic or historic feature of mqjor <br />imporlance. <br />7.
