Commercial customers will be furnished with a meter but must supply and own the <br />secondary service wire from the ERMU designated power source. <br />3. Establish policy regarding the redistribution of energy consistent with the following: <br />a. All energy sold by ERMU is to be used by the customer for the purposes designated or <br />implied in the Rates Schedule applicable to their installation. Energy so sold may not be <br />resold or redistributed to other metered users unless specifically approved by the General <br />Manager. <br />4. Establish policy and procedures for customer disputes: <br />a.
