Rolling Hills Pond Dredging <br />Ell< River, Minnesota <br />Division S <br />S-1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />This project aims to provide pond dredging of six ponds in the Rolling Hills <br />development in Elk River. <br />S-2 Personnel <br />5-2.1 Owner <br />The Owner of the projects, entitled Rolling Hills Pond Dredging, is the City of Elk <br />River. Correspondence should be addressed to: <br />Mr. Justin Femrite, P.E. <br />City of Elk River <br />13065 Orono Parkway <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br />Phone: 763.635.1051 <br />Email: jfemrite@E1kRiverMN.gov <br />S-3 Project Schedule <br />Construction of the Rolling Hills Pond Dredging will be as follows: <br />• Shall be completed before February 16, 2024. <br />Once work has begun on the contract, it shall progress continuously and be <br />completed within one month of the start date. <br />Within ten (10) days of executing the Contract, and in any case by the time of the <br />preconstruction conference, the Contractor shall submit a schedule for commencement and <br />completion of the work. This schedule shall include an anticipated partial pay estimate schedule and <br />shall be reviewed by the Owner and the Engineer. The project schedule shall be updated by the <br />Contractor upon request of the Engineer. <br />S-4 Guarantee <br />The Contractor shall guarantee all materials and equipment furnished and work <br />performed for a period of two (2) years from the date of substantial completion. The Contractor <br />warrants and guarantees for a period of two (2) years from the date of substantial completion of the <br />system, that the completed system is free from all defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, and <br />the Contractor shall promptly make such corrections as may be necessary by reason of such defects <br />including the repairs, adjustments, or other work that may be necessary by such defects. If the <br />Contractor should fail to make such repairs, adjustments, or other work that may be necessary by such <br />defects, the Owner may do so and charge the Contractor the cost thereby incurred. The Performance <br />Bond shall remain in fully force and effect through the guarantee period. <br />Division S S-1 <br />
