<br />The costs noted above are preliminary cost estimates for direct construction only. Costs for
<br />fees, services, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment are not included in the preliminary
<br />estimate. These costs could range from 25% to 30% of direct construction costs.

<br />The option for Site "8" assumes there must be an allowance for soil corrections at the old "main
<br />streef abandoned route. Site "8" also requires the construction of a new access road
<br />development to the designated site area.
<br />
<br />Site "A" and "A2" are based upon a 14,000 square foot building - the maximum area that can be
<br />constructed on the site through additions or new replacement structures. Site "8" and "c" are
<br />based upon an original footprint of up to 16, 000 square feet.
