Strikedifetighs to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />(28) The parking of a truck tractor and/or trailer, or other commercial type vehicle, <br />excluding pickup trucks or vans, in excess of 7,000 pounds gross weight, on: <br />a. Public property within an area zoned residential; and <br />b. Residential lots in all zoning districts below two and one-half acres in size, unless a <br />residential occupation has been granted, provided the <br />vehicle is parked on an approved surface, and all other provisions of the city code are <br />complied with. <br />(29) The idling of a truck tractor in excess of 15 minutes from April 16 through October <br />31, and 30 minutes from November 1 through April 15. <br />In the enforcement and interpretation of this section, the city shall take into account the fact that <br />there is significant diversity of uses in the city, particularly the fact that substantial portions of the <br />city are agricultural lands. Some of the listed nuisances may not be deemed to be nuisances when <br />they are reasonably conducted and related to productive agricultural use of land. <br />SECTION 2.
