An amendment to this Conditional Use Permit will be required for future <br />changes/additions not shown on the site plan dated September 26, 2023. <br />3. The applicant and/or property owner must apply for all required commercial building, <br />electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical permits before any associated activities can <br />occur. <br />4. A code analysis fnding building code compliance for the areas approved for use under <br />this CUP shall be prepared by an appropriate registered professional. <br />5. No outdoor storage of damaged or inoperable vehicles shall be allowed. <br />6. Hazardous materials shall be handled and disposed of in accordance with the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). <br />7. The parking lot shall be striped to city requirements for the required parking stalls. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />CouncilmembeY Wagner left the meeting at 6:31 p.m. <br />7.3 Conditional Use Permit: Home Occupation to include Outdoor Storage of Work <br />Vehicles at 18643 Yankton Street <br />Mr. Carlton pYesented the staff YepoYt. <br />MayTor Dietz opened the public hearing. <br />Mark Olson, 18778 Yankton Street — expressed the following concerns: <br />■ Environmental/shoYeland impacts due to location neaY riveY. <br />■ Storage of materials outside. <br />■ Commercial feel and business in residential area. <br />■ The need for an alteYnative septic site to be available. <br />Jeremy Shank, applicant, 18643 Yankton Street — Stated the follo�ving: <br />■ Alway s`vorks to keep his property- nice, compact, and non-intrusive. <br />■ Trucks are not commercial vehicles and anyone with a regular license can drive them. <br />■ Cleared area to help with watershed. <br />■ Worked `vith the cityT ten yTears ago to help with water runoff issues. <br />Ken Shank, 5908 151s` Lane, Ramseyr — Stated he is Jermiah's father and quesrioned the magic <br />numbeY of land needed to opeYate a business as Jeremy has 4 acYes. He stated no trucks aYe stoYed in <br />the woods as indicated previously. <br />MayTor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />Councilmember Grupa questioned if there are deliveries to the propert�T and where theyT are stored on <br />the site. <br />Jeremy Shank stated there are no deliveries to the property.
