Change in 2024 for annual increase methodology. To counter increased inflation in recent years, <br />employees requested a change in methodology for the 2024 wage adjustment. Their ask is to base <br />adjustments on the metro average (assumed 3.0% at this time) plus $1.00 for all employees. <br /> <br /> 1a.
