One of the challenges has been retainiug enough instructoYs to help with the classes. We have tried <br />contracting with Centuryr College for the last two yrears so we could use their instructor coYe, however the <br />AcademyT did not generate revenue and did not have the consistencyT `vith instructors that `vas expected. <br />Our department members `vho have been part of the Academ�T since inception have had to dedicate a significant <br />amount of time to their full-time employment and the fire department in addition to the AcademyT. Moving <br />forward, we would like to hire our own instructor cadre to ensure we provide consistent and effective instruction <br />foY the Academy.
