Please note that for your convenience each condition is restated below <br />along with our corresponding response. <br />PUD CONDITIONS <br />1. A PUD Agreement shall be developed and signed by both parties prior to releasing a final plat for recording. <br />ISG Response: Noted, <br />2. Streets and access must comply with MN State Fire Code Chapter 5 and Appendix D. <br />ISG Response: It is understood that the design of the development shall comply with applicable standards set in the <br />Minnesota State Fire Code, Chapter 5 and Appendix D. <br />3. Staff approval of all site, utility, engineering, and landscaping plans. <br />ISG Response: Noted. <br />4. Submit a phasing plan outlining the anticipated subdivision additions. <br />ISG Response: A phasing plan has been prepared and provided with this submission per the request. Note that <br />phasing is subject to change throughout the years as market and inventory fluctuates. This graphic is provided as a <br />visual aid and concept. <br />5. Hydrants must be spaced to ensure all portions of a residence are within 250 feet of a hydrant. <br />ISG Response: Hydrants are spaced at 250-ft. This will be confirmed via the final plat of each phase that will have a <br />hydrant coverage plan sheet within each plan set. <br />6. All watermains shall be looped. Dead-end watermains are not permitted. <br />ISG Response: Noted.
