Streets and access must complyr with MN State Fire Code <br />ChapteY 5 and Appendix D. <br />3. Staff approval of all site, utilityT, engineering, and <br />landscaping plans. <br />4. Submit a phasing plan outlining the anticipated <br />subdivision additions. <br />5. HyTdrants must be spaced to ensure all portions of a <br />residence are `vithin 250 feet of a h�Tdrant. <br />6. r1ll wateYmains shall be looped. Dead-end watermains are <br />not permitted. <br />7.
