Trail Issues <br /> <br />Chair Jon Anderson stated his concern that the areas adjacent to some of the <br />trails are not being maintained. Discussion followed regarding location and <br />signage of trails. <br /> <br />4.5. Park Land Shapes <br /> <br />Commissioner Dave Anderson expressed his concern for changes being made in <br />parks after the Park & Recreation Commission has spent time and effort reviewing <br />and making recommendations for new plats. <br /> <br />4.6. PUD's <br /> <br />Chair Dana Anderson and Commissioner Dave Anderson expressed concern that <br />the PUD concept may allow too much flexibility by allowing developers to <br />increase density, thereby preserving fewer natural amenities. It was consensus of <br />the Commissioners for the Park and Recreation Commission, Planning Commission <br />and City Council to work jointly to improve the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />2. Consider 6/11/97 Park & Recreation Commission Aqenda <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER ROLF ANDERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE JUNE 11, 1997, PARK & <br />RECREATION AGENDA. COMMISSIONER OLSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3.
