Councilmember Farber stated that the hockey rink was 1/3 of the project and would be used six months of the year so the hockey rink is 18 to 20 percent of the project. Chair Dave Anderson stated he would prefer to keep Orono Park as much intact as possible and this proposal would take park land for parking. The City Hall site is too small for development of a 100,000 square foot project with no allowance for future expansion. Update on Sherburne County Park Committee - Dave Anderson Chair Dave Anderson stated that the Sherburne County Park Committee now consists of six members.
