PERMIT APPLICATION TO THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />APRIL 2023 <br />Application Requirements <br /> 2.2 <br /> <br />(2) A proposed development plan showing proposed ingress and egress to the property and <br />proposed structures, yards, off-street parking and loading areas and where appropriate, plans <br />for utilities, screening, buffering, landscape, lighting, signs and open space, and a development <br />schedule. <br />In addition to the information required by Code, the Conditional Use Permit application form requires the <br />submission of the following information: <br />• Application Fee <br />• Full legal description of the subject property (in an editable word format) <br />• A typewritten narrative explaining the request in detail <br />• Site, Utility, Grading/Drainage Plan <br />• Landscape Plan completed by registered landscape architect <br />• Drainage Calculations <br />• Building Elevations (not applicable) <br />• Floor Plans (not applicable) <br />• Wetland Delineation / Mitigation Plan (not applicable) <br />• EAW/EIS Requirements <br />• All other information as determined by City Staff <br />2.3 APPLICATION FEE <br />The application fees are provided based on the fees itemized on each Application Form. The escrow is <br />used to pay for City's consultants to review the land use applications. If the escrow is used, then the <br />applicant will be billed for all additional services: <br />Application Type Fee Escrow Total <br />Conditional Use Permit $275 $1,000 $1,275 <br />Ordinance Amendment $275 $1,000 $1,275 <br />Grand Total $2,550
