10.50 Areas <br />The areas to be cleaned under this section of the proposal are as follows: <br />■ Orono Park Restrooms <br />All areas of the Orono Park Bathrooms located at 18599 Gary Street, Elk River, Minnesota, 55330. <br />Total square footage of area to be cleaned is approximately 480 square feet. Cleaning will be <br />between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:00am on Friday and Saturday nights and additional cleanings if <br />requested by Parks and Recreation staff. <br />Restrooms <br />Week Month Other <br />1. Clean mirrors and chrome fittings <br />2x <br />2. Clean and sanitize sinks and countertops <br />2x <br />3. Clean and sanitize toilets (outside and inside) <br />2x <br />4. Clean and sanitize urinals (outside and inside) <br />2x <br />5. Empty waste baskets and liners <br />2x <br />6. Replace with basket liners <br />2x <br />7. Scrub walls completely <br />2x per year <br />8. Clean and sanitize door handles and doorknobs <br />2x <br />9. Spot clean walls <br />2x <br />10. Restock restroom supplies (city provides) <br />2x <br />11. Sweep restroom floors <br />2x <br />12. Wet mop and sanitize restroom floors <br />2x <br />13. Deep cleaning in the Fall and Spring <br />2x per year <br />* Cleaning to be done 2 times per year before the water is turned off in the Fall and after the water is turned <br />on in the Spring. <br />11.10 Site Inspection <br />Each proposer is responsible for visiting the sites prior to quote submission and to become familiar with <br />work site conditions. A pre -proposal conference will begin at City Hall located at 13065 Orono Parkway, <br />Elk River, Minnesota. Contact the Assistant Facilities Maintenance Superintendent, Butch Pelarski at <br />763.238.3467 to inform him of your attendance at the pre -proposal conference. <br />37 <br />
