Security <br />1. Leave designated lights on. <br />2. Conserve energy, turn off lights when leaving an area. <br />3. Close and/or lock all doors, reset security system. <br />4. All employees wear uniformed shirts and photo I. D. name tags when on duty. <br />5. Do not prop open entry doors. <br />6. Never allow unauthorized people into the building. <br />All Facilities <br />1. Maintain a clean and orderly cleaning closet. <br />2. Do not leave trash in janitorial cart. <br />3. Rinse mops and buckets after use. <br />4. Maintain all city issued equipment in the proper manner. <br />5. Report any building issues or damage to the Assistant Facilities Maintenance <br />Superintendent. <br />6. Request supplies two weeks prior to running out. <br />10.40 Areas <br />The areas to be cleaned under this section of the proposal are as follows: <br />■ Youth Athletic Complex Restrooms <br />All areas of the Youth Athletic Complex Bathrooms located at 9850 165`h Avenue, Elk River, <br />Minnesota, 55330. Total square footage of area to be cleaned is approximately 480 square feet. <br />Cleaning will be between the hours of 10:OOpm and 6:OOam on Saturday nights and additional <br />cleanings if requested by Parks and Recreation staff. <br />Restrooms <br />Week Month Other <br />1.
