Rehabilitate. <br />Proposal <br />From: Todd Stelmacher <br />Visu-Sewer, Inc <br />19587 Tamarack St NW <br />Oak Grove, MN 55011 <br />763-252-0004 <br />Project: Sanitary Sewer CIPP Installation <br />Visu-Sewer is pleased to provide the following quotation for CIPP installation: <br />Install 1,3271inear feet of 8" National Liner @$33.50 per linear foot <br />$ 44,454.50 <br />The above listed price is based on a video inspection dated 1/26/2023 and assumes the current pipe <br />condition is suitable for CIPP installation utilizing air pressure for the inversion and hot air/ steam for <br />curing. Pricing includes: <br />- Labor, material, and equipment <br />- Mobiliaation and residential traffic control <br />- One (1) pass jet cleaning and televising of sewers prior to installation <br />- Bypass pumping of existing flow <br />- Installation ofNational Liner per manufacturer's instructions, ASTM F1216 <br />- Reinstatement of active service connections <br />- Televising of sewers after installation <br />NOTE: Due to volatiliry in material pricing and availabiliry this proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of <br />origination. If a signed proposal has not been received within 30 days price(s) may be adjusted upon mutual <br />agreement, or the proposal may be withdrawn by either parry. <br />The City of Elk River will need to provide: drivable equipment access to all manholes, water from nearby <br />hydrants (without charge), a dump site for captured debris, and traffic control beyond cones and signs. If <br />needed, grouting of active leaks, removal of obstructions (e.g., roots, deposits, and protruding taps), and <br />heavy cleaning will be quoted separately. If it is determined that current pipe conditions are not suitable <br />for an air inversion and hot air/ steam cure, pricing may be adjusted to reflect alternate installation <br />methods. Mobiliaation and/ or time on site will be billed at a T&M rate of $375.00 per hour for pipe <br />sections not suitable for CIPP installation. Thank you for the opportunity to quote on this project.
