Descriptions of the Two New Strength Tests <br />PLANK <br />Bent arm plank with elbows aligned with the shoulders, forearms flat on the ground, hips <br />straight with the legs, shoulders, and head. Feet can be up to a boot-width apart. When you throw the ball you are not to step over <br />the start line. As the photo shows, your feet should remain stationary.
