The closes similar <br />projecting immediately abuts the project on the north boundaryT. Design and construcrion staff are <br />familiar with the project area. No problems are anticipated in `vhich staff has not encountered and <br />successfull�r solved previouslyr in similaY projects in oY neaY the pYoject aYea. The cityr finds that the <br />environmental effects of the project can be anticipated and controlled as a result of environmental <br />review and experience on similar projects. <br />
