Project Manual <br />Houlton Conservation Area Bank Stabilization — Dam Site <br />SECTION 010100 <br />GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />ARTICLE 1— PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION <br />1.01 Contact Information and Project Coordination <br />A. Coordinate all Work with the Shurburne Soil and Water Conservation District staff. The <br />District staff are located at the Shurburne SWCD office at 425 Jackson Ave NW, Elk River, MN. <br />Their telephone number is (763)-220-3434. Regular office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. <br />B. Before any Work at the Site is started, submit a typed list outlining 24-hour on-call contacts <br />for the Project. This list shall include the Contractor's safety representative, key <br />representatives from the Contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers. Include the following <br />information for each contact: <br />1. Company name. <br />2. Contact person(s). <br />3. Local and mobile phone numbers. <br />4. Email. <br />C. Coordinate the Work of the Contract and the Work of others relating to the Project. Work <br />with others to cause the efficient and timely completion of the Work. These responsibilities <br />include, among others, the following: <br />1. Coordinate activities of all sub-contractors. <br />2. Inform emergency services (Police, Fire), Post Office, and Schools of traffic situations as <br />appropriate to Project circumstances. <br />3. Inform City Public Works Department of Project schedule and upcoming activities that <br />will affect their operation. <br />4. Inform non-municipal utilities (gas, telephone, electric, etc.) of Project schedule to allow <br />for planning of any activities they wish to coordinate with the Project. <br />5. Maintain and coordinate access needs of adjacent properties. <br />1.02 Contract Times <br />A. Construction operations shall begin after the date of Notice of Contract Approval. <br />Construction operations shall not commence prior to Contract Approval <br />B. All work required for this project, including final clean-up, shall be completed by summer <br />2024. <br />1.03 Work Hours <br />A. Work hours shall be conducted between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on normal <br />work days, unless approved for unusual circumstances. <br />B. Given written notice to Owner whenever it is desired to perform work at night, or on a <br />Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, or to vary period of hours during which work is carried on each <br />Division 01 Section 01 01 00-1 <br />General Requirements General Requirements <br />
