Property Acquisition <br /> <br />The NPO submitted a revised Real Estate Plan to FTA in late September 2005 <br />in response to FT A's comments on the Real Estate Plan submitted in July <br />2005. This hew plan shifts the respbnsibility of property acquisition to the <br />Mn/DOT. Mn/DOT will acquire and hold titles for properties needed for the <br />NorthstarProject. The Northstar Corridor Development Authority will procure <br />real estate appraisal services for the project. A request for proposals for real <br />estate appraisal services will be released on October 17, 2005. <br /> <br />Attached is an updated summary of the acquisitions and temporary easements <br />needed for the Northstar Project.
