Terry indicated that there would be a public hearing sometime in late January <br />or early February. Russ should attend that hearing and make his feelings <br />known. If he is unable to attend the meeting, a letter could be submitted <br />through Terry or the City Administrator that would become part of the <br />public record. <br /> <br />There being no further comments, Terry thanked the attendees for coming. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />D. Other Property Owner Contacts <br /> <br />. On Tuesday, November 1, 2005 Terry received a call from Jill of Elk River <br />Printing indicating she had been out of town and had just seen the informational <br />meeting notice. Terry went through the presentation with her over the phone; <br />indicated what the proposed construction would look like, and that her property <br />was proposed to be assessed $7,500. Jill thanked Terry for the information and <br />said she would look for the public hearing notice. <br />. Bill Morrow of KFC called and set up a meeting at site, again because he was out <br />of town and unable to attend the informational meeting. The site meeting was <br />on Thursday November 3, 2005. Terry met Bill at his facility, discussed the <br />proposed improvements and the proposed $18,000 assessment against the KFC <br />property.
