Required <br />permits include, but not limited to, the following: <br /> <br />. Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br /> <br />Work in the Right-of-Way <br />NPDES <br /> <br />VII. INFORMATIONAL HEARING <br /> <br />An informational hearing was held on Thursday October 27, 2005. It was attended by <br />representatives of three of the eight properties in the project area. Subsequent to the <br />informational hearing, two other property owners contacted City staff regarding the proposed <br />improvement and potential assessment. All five property owners indicated general concurrence <br />with the proposed project. <br /> <br />Minutes from the informational hearing, a copy of the power point presentation, mailing list and <br />meeting sign-in sheet area provided in the Appendix. <br /> <br />VIII. PROJECT COST <br /> <br />The estimated construction and overhead costs for the proposed Dodge Avenue reconstruction <br />improvements are summarized in Table 1. Based on past experiences on similar projects in the <br />City, the overhead items have been estimated at 28% of the construction cost.
