On a motion by Worden, seconded by Babcock, application of E.L. Ward to run two pool and one <br />billiard table for February and March 1911, was allowed. <br /> <br />On motion the recorder was authorized to issue a license to Thorpe to run a bowling alley, 2 alleys if <br />application is made. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Babcock and seconded by Worden to furnish gasoline for all street lamps when <br />anyone who would volunteer to keep them lighted was carried. <br /> <br />On motion by Babcock and seconded by Worden, ?? White, Village counsel was instructed to draw up <br />an ordinance prohibiting the sale of malt. <br /> <br />The resignation of O.J. Whiteman as Village recorder was accepted on motion by Babcock and <br />seconded by Worden. <br /> <br />On motion by Babcock and seconded by Worden, W.F.
