Wall signage on the parcel shall not exceed 15 percent coverage <br />on the west elevation. <br />u <br />CR 33 <br />Background/Discussion <br />The property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) where <br />deviations from a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP) <br />• <br />require an amendment to the CUP. �R <br />With the approval of the CUP in 2002 (CU 02-13), the project was Hwy 10 <br />approved to have signage only on the ends (north and south side) of - CR 12 <br />the pharmacy drive -through canopy.
