Wall signage on the parcel shall not exceed 15 percent coverage on the west elevation. u CR 33 Background/Discussion The property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) where deviations from a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP) • require an amendment to the CUP. �R With the approval of the CUP in 2002 (CU 02-13), the project was Hwy 10 approved to have signage only on the ends (north and south side) of - CR 12 the pharmacy drive -through canopy. With the replacement of the - pharmacy by a bank, the applicant is seeking a CUP to add signage to the west side of the drive -through canopy.
