Background/Discussion The property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) where deviations from a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP) require an amendment to the CUP. With the approval of the CUP in 2002 (CU 02-13), the project was approved to have signage only on the ends (north and south side) of the pharmacy drive -through canopy. With the replacement of the pharmacy by a bank, the applicant is seeking a CUP to add signage to the west side of the drive -through canopy. Planning Commission During the public hearing, no one spoke for or against the request and staff has not received any comments since the commission meeting. The Planning Commission had no questions or concerns about the request and unanimously recommended approval.
