Motion carried 5-0 <br />1.5 Resolution Recognizing 2022 Customer Service Week <br />Ms. Youngsprovided background on National Customer Service Week and askedthe <br />Commission to adopt the resolution recognizing 2022 Customer Service Week. <br />Moved by Commissioner Stewartand seconded by Commissioner Bell to adopt Resolution <br />22-11 Recognizing Customer Service Week, October 3-7, 2022. Chair Dietz explained that ERMU had been conscious of staff’s safety <br />during the pandemic, allowing them to work remotely and compensating employees <br />without work in the initial two weeks of the shelter-in-place order.
