4. PROVIDER shall provide a cash bar and hosted bar options to accommodate client needs. <br />The prices shall be subject to the review and approval of the BOARD representatives; <br />PROVIDER shall provide any additional beverage equipment and supplies not currently <br />located at MGCC/TG/CP, including, but not limited to, cups for beverage service. <br />Storage space is not available at MGCC/TG/CP and PROVIDER. The BOARD will approve, <br />in its sole discretions, storage allowance on a per event basis. PROVIDER shall be solely <br />responsible for all PROVIDER property brought and/or stored, including, but not limited to, <br />lost, damaged, or stolen items; <br />PROVIDER shall keep kitchen, storage area and beverage bars clean using the cleaning <br />products provided by the BOARD; <br />8. PROVIDER shall assist with cleaning of the Banquet Room, Senior Center in relationship to <br />catered events for beverage services in MGCC; and the catering space in the Central Park <br />building; <br />9. PROVIDER shall comply with all procedures and policies set by the BOARD pertaining to the <br />catering/beverage services provided at the MGCC/TG/CP; <br />10. PROVIDER shall serve all keg beer and champagne toasts and not allow wine or <br />champagne on the tables; <br />11. PROVIDER shall pour beverages in glass bottles and shall pour bottled beverages into a <br />plastic container when serving clients in Town Green and Central Park; <br />12. PROVIDER shall stop serving intoxicating and non -intoxicating liquor by 10:00 p.m. <br />Sunday through Thursday and by 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on Friday and Saturday at MGCC; <br />and by 10:00 p.m. daily at Town Green and Central Park. <br />13. PROVIDER agrees to meet all local, state, federal health regulations, codes, rules and <br />laws concerning food, non-alcoholic beverage services, and intoxicating and non -intoxicating <br />liquor; <br />14. PROVIDER shall be responsible for event arrangements as required by the BOARD <br />pertaining to the beverage service. All events are booked solely through the MGCC Rental <br />Coordinator, or designee. PROVIDER agrees to meet, at a reasonable time(s) prior to the <br />event, with MGCC/TG/CP and BOARD personnel and prospective MGCC/TG/CP clients to <br />agree upon beverage menus and fees; <br />15. PROVIDER is invited to reasonably participate in the sales and marketing of catering <br />services at MGCC/TG/CP; <br />16. Currently, the Board has an exclusive non-alcoholic beverage contract for the <br />MGCC/TG/CP (the "Exclusive Contract"). PROVIDER shall recognize and work within the <br />
