Final plat approval is heYeby gYanted foY the PYopeYty, subject to the conditions set <br />forth in attached Exhibit B. <br />The officeYs of the City aYe heYeby authorized, once the conditions set foYth in <br />Exhibit B are met and complied with, to sign the final plat for the PropertyT and to <br />issue a ceYtified copy of this Resolution giving final appYoval of the plat. <br />4. The o`vner of the Property is authorized to record the final plat as required byT law <br />and shall file proof of said recording ��ith the CityT.
