HIGHWAY 10 CORRIDOR STUDY - FINAL REPORT <br />Adams Street <br />Adams Street is approximately 1/4 mile south of Jarvis Street/Cleveland Street. Businesses located <br />at this access include Riverside Farms and the Car and Credit Used Car Dealership. This location <br />provided more opportunities to minimize impacts to adjacent businesses and properties so <br />additional interchange concepts (see Figure3Z were developed. For example, the tight diamond <br />concept alternative, shown in Figure32, provides the least number of impacts to adjacent <br />properties. In addition to the reduced impact to adjacent properties, the Adams Street location also <br />aligns the best with the City's future planning vision for the area. <br />Figure 32. Grade -Separated Alternative — Adams Street <br />Alpine Drive <br />The final location evaluated in the south segment was Alpine Drive. This location is the furthest to <br />the south and lies near the border of the cities of Elk River and Ramsey. Like the Jarvis Street and <br />Cleveland Street location, the concepts developed (see Figure 33) for this location show more <br />impacts to the adjacent businesses and properties when compared to the Kelly Farm Road Area or <br />Adams Street locations. <br />Figure 33.
