Elk River Public Library Board <br />April 26th, 2022 <br />Page 3 <br />■ Commissioner Voss asked about the quorum rules and had questions <br />about the board meeting rules. Ms. Larson stated she would send <br />Commissioner Voss and the other board members a copy of the <br />Robert's Rules of Order cheat sheet before the next meeting. <br />5.3 Patron Services Supervisors Report <br />■ Mr. McCormick presented his report. <br />5.4 Library Services Coordinator Report <br />• Mr. McCormick presented this report as well since this was the first <br />day of employment for the Library Services Coordinator Lori <br />Lundstrom. Commissioner Keifenheim asked Mr. McCormick if the <br />Great River Regional Library is working on giving access to the <br />homebound. Mr. McCormick said that the Staples library has had a <br />partnership with Meals on Wheels and now Little Falls does as well. <br />Volunteers bring books in bags along with the meals from the Meals <br />on Wheels headquarters. Commissioner Keifenheim suggested that <br />the Friends of the library could deliver books to the homebound in <br />the Elk River area. Mr. McCormick said he would check on the <br />insurance status of coverage for this. He will reach out to the Friends <br />or Commissioner Keifeneheim with an update. <br />6. Announcements <br />7. Adjournment <br />Moved by Commissioner Keifenheim and seconded by Commissioner Hegarty to <br />adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
