That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 33, Range 26, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line thereof 855.01 feet North of the southwest comer thereof; thence North 406.03 feet; thence North 74 degrees 00 minutes East along the centerline of the existing driveway 222.97 feet to intersect the westerly right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 169; thence South 35 degrees 47 minutes East along said westerly right of way line 327.07 feet to an iron stake known as the point of curve; thence southeasterly along said westerly right of way line on a curve to the right With a central angle of 43 degrees 28 minutes and a radius of 1834.86 feet a distance of 90. 7 4 feet; thence South 7 4 minutes 26 seconds West a distance of 47 4.17 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to an easement 30 feet in width, the centerline of which is the northerly boundary of said tract, containing 3. 14 acres, more or less.
