Porath, Katie
To: Portner, Cal
Subject: RE: ERXs Impact to the neighborhood
From: Durant Isaac
Sent: Monday, May 16, 2022 7:04 AM
To: Portner, Cal <C ortn___r(_ .Ik_RiverM.Negov_>; Dietz, John <John.Dietz_(_I_kRiverlM_Negov_>
Subject: ERXs Impact to the neighborhood
Hi City Council Members,
I am writing to voice my concern with ERX Motor Park modifying access to their site from 169 to Brook Road. Looking
over 7.2c SR 05-16-2022, it is obvious that ERX has grown in popularity and they seek an opportunity to expand; moving
their access off of 169 through our Brook Road neighborhoods is a concern. The increase of traffic takes away from the
peacefulness that is northern Elk River; this creates security concerns for the neighboring houses and properties.
My opinion is that the City Council should prioritize keeping business traffic off of our backroads to minimize the amount
of noise, traffic, and speeding within our neighborhood.
Kind Regards,
Isaac Durant
