THAT BARRIERS BE ERECTED AND CUL-DE-SAC FOR SNOW REMOVAL BE PUT ON THE DEADEND <br />STREETS. <br /> <br />2. THE ENGINEER APPROVE ALL ROAD PLANS. <br /> <br />3. A DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO AND ALL FEES PAID UP FRONT. <br /> <br />4. THAT THE FIRT PHASE IS NINETEEN LOTS AND PHASE II IS TWENTY-FOUR LOTS AND THAT <br />THEY MEET ALL ROAD STANDARDS. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER WILLIE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 5-0. <br /> <br />9A. At this time the Planning Commission decided to table the new sign ordinance until <br />they had a chance to thoroughly go over it. <br /> <br />9B.
