The Figure i <br /> submitted site plan shows two access points to be used for <br /> spectators and one for participants/riders.A third future access is shown directly across from 213th <br /> Avenue. <br /> By the end of 2024, the 169 Redefine project will be complete and the conversion of US Highway 169 to <br /> a freeway will greatly affect traffic patterns,primarily overserved with a lack of openings in traffic and <br /> providing minimal opportunities to safely enter/cross US Highway 169. Staff has spoken with the <br /> applicant regarding a future access at Brook Road and they understand the long-term vision for the <br /> connection that would then provide access to the interchange at CR 33 and Highway 169. The applicant <br /> is in ownership of the necessary properties to establish a connection to Brook Road. <br />
