LVill not involve uses, activities, p�ocesses, lnateTzals, egup�nent and conditions of ope�ation that �a�ill I�e detTzlnental to any <br />pe�:sons o�•p�opeT�y because of excessive t�a�c, noise, s�noke, fu�nes, glaTe, odoa:s, dust or vil�rations. <br />Barking dogs, animal waste, and running at-large animals are always a concern with commercial kennels. <br />The use could involve uses and activities that could be detrimental to anyT persons or property because of <br />excessive noise and fumes. <br />To address these concerns, staff proposes the following conditions: feces be cleaned from the property as <br />outlined in Section 10-5; no more than six animal uiuts shall be allo`ved outdoors at one time; and no more <br />than two (2) animals peY supervisor shall be allotived outside of the fenced area. <br />6.
