The Old town land <br />use designation allows for a mix of uses including residential (single and multi-family), <br />commercial, office, service and publici civic. It includes single family residential and multi- <br />family neighborhoods, the central commercial district, parks and river frontage and schools <br />in and around the Central Business District. The need for preservation, revitalization, <br />renovation and redevelopment is stressed. <br /> <br />Zoning <br /> <br />Old Town includes the following zoning districts: <br /> <br />. DD (DownTown District) <br />. Cl (Central Business District) <br />. C2 (Office Dsitrict) <br />. C3 (Highway Commercial) <br />. Rlc (Single Family Residential) <br />. R2 (Two Family Residential) <br />. R3 (Townhouse District) <br />. R4 (1vIulti-Family) <br />. PUD (planned Unit Development) <br />
