Verification of Lot line on northern property boundAry. <br /> <br />2. Resolution of legal and safety questions of allowing 2,000 foot dead- <br />end street. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That the developer construct <br />Avenue to Ogden Street at <br />specifications. <br /> <br />connecting <br /> <br />own expense, <br /> <br />roadway from 192nd <br />and built to City <br /> <br />the <br />his <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTIIN PASSED 6-0. <br /> <br />11. Ordinance Amendment Allowing Metal Skinned Buildings as Conditional Uses <br />in Multi-Family Zoned Districts/PH <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle opened the public hearing. No one appeared for or in <br />opposition of the proposed ordinance amendment. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER BARRETT MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ORDINANCES: <br /> <br />(1) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES SUB 2-R-1 <br />AND R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />(2) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES SUB 3 - R-3 <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS AND <br /> <br />(3) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.16 - CONDITIONAL USES SUB 4 - R-4 <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER FUCHS SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 6-0. <br /> <br />11.1 Gravel Pits <br /> <br />Mr. Rohlf stated that he would be researching the gravel pit licensing <br />issue and problems being experienced as soon as possible. <br /> <br />12.2 Daycare Zoning <br /> <br />Mr. Rohlf noted that he has received a request for a spot zoning from R2 <br />to R3 on Gates Avenue to allow a daycare center for 10 or more children <br />and will be presenting the Planning Commission with a formal request in <br />the near future. <br />
