. . . Planning Commission Minutes April 25. 1989 15. FINAL DRAINAGE PLAN SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY ENGINEER. COMMISSIONER MORTON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 7.5 Accuracy of Information Received Commissioner Fuchs was concerned with the accuracy of plans not drawn to scale. Staff showed that they were. Mr. Fuchs also questioned the park dedication in Deerfie1d 4th. Steve Rohlf. Building and Zoning explained that the plat for Deerfie1d 4th is actually 29.7 acres not 33 acres; therefore. the park dedication land size should be smaller than the 3.3. acres originally requested. Mr. Rohlf further indicated that two of the remaining three sets of plans being questioned are to scale. but do not have very many dimensions and the last set of plans being questioned was accepted by the Planning Commission at their meeting. 5. Variance Request by Security Financial The applicant consensus of recommendation failed to appear for this meeting. Therefore. it was the the Planning Commission to maintain its original to deny the signage variance request. 8. General Discussion Steve Rohlf. Building and Zoning Administrator reviewed his discussion items with the Planning Commission at this time. 9. Planning Commission Representative to Attend Council Meeting on May 1. 1989 and May 15. 1989. It was indicated that Commissioner Fuchs would attend the May 1. 1989 City Council meeting and Commissioner Eber1ey would attend the May 15. 1989 City Council meeting. 10. Adjournment There being no further business. COMMISSIONER OLSEN MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING. COMMISSIONER SCHROEDER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 7-0.
