A banner sign can only be utilized foY 90 days through the <br />cityT's temporaryT sign permit process. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The propertyT is zoned Focused Area StudyT (Subzone H) `vhere vehicle <br />sales and service require a Conditional Use Permit (CUP). <br />The applicant is seeking a CUP to operate a used car dealership in <br />about 2,000 square feet of space in the e�sting structure on the subject <br />paYcel and plans to utilize seven paYking stalls. The applicant will be the <br />onlyr employee at the dealership. The hours of operation would be <br />10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monda�T through Frida�T, and byT appointment <br />on Saturday. Section 30-859 prohibits banner signs, except as a permitted temporaryT signs under subsection 30- <br />867(h).
