Further, he <br />questioned the City Engineer regarding the treatment of water from the <br />sedimentation pond. Mr. Maurer responded and informed the Planning <br />Commission that the sedimentation pond site was recommended by the <br />DNR. Stephen Rohlf explained that the details of the park issued would <br />be addressed by the Park and Recreation Commission at their April 7, <br />1993, meeting. <br /> <br />Bob Turcotte, <br />sedimentation <br />park, Houlton's <br />for park. <br /> <br />18184 Albany Street, stated <br />pond site. Are the proposed roads <br />traffic? Mr. Maurer responded. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, Chairman Minton closed <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kuester discussed the length of cul-de-sacs and stated the <br />distance children are allowed to walk to a school bus is 500 feet. <br />Discussion ensued. <br />
