THE FOLLOWING PERMITS ARE OBTAINED: DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, MPCA, <br />NPDES, AND COUNTY ENGINEERING. <br /> <br />10. 17 FEET OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY IS DEDICATED TO THE COUNTY FOR <br />MISSISSIPPI ROAD. <br /> <br />11. PROVISIONS ARE MADE TO ACCOMMODATE THE EXTENSION OF URBAN SERVICES <br />TO THE EXCEPTION IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THIS PLAT. <br /> <br />12. A DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO REFLECTING THE STIPULATIONS <br />OF APPROVAL. <br />
