There being no comments from the <br />public, Chairman Tveite closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Planning Commission discussion included: variance, amendment to the existing <br />conditional use permit, trees along the north property line, exterior of proposed <br />building. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER EBERLEY MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE AMENDMENT <br />TO THE EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A FIFTY (50) FOOT BY <br />EIGHTY (80) FOOT METAL SKIN BUILDING BY NORTHERN STATES POWER, PUBLIC <br />HEARING, CASE NO. CU 94-29, CITING STAFF'S MEMO AS FINDING OF FACT. <br />APPROVAL IS RECOMMENDED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. THE EXTERIOR OF THE ACCESSORY BUILDING BE PAINTED TO MATCH THE <br />EXISTING FACILITY. <br /> <br />2. THE APPLICANT ADD A DOUBLE, STAGGERED ROW OF SIX (6) FOOT <br />CONIFEROUS TREES ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER MINTON SECONDED THE MOTION. Jake Jacobson requested an ordinance <br />amendment exempting Lot 4, Block 4, Oak Meadows from the interim subdivision <br />moratorium ordinance for parcels less than ten (10) acres in size for the eastern <br />area of the City. <br />
