THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Kreger stated he would abstain from discussion and voting on this <br />request due to a conflict of interest. and removed himself from the table. <br /> <br />Staff report presented by Gary Schmitz. Northern States Power (NSP) requested <br />an amendment to their existing conditional use permit to construct a fifty (50) foot <br />by eighty (80) foot metal skin building to store equipment and parts. Mr. Schmitz <br />also stated that staff met with the applicant prior to the Planning Commission <br />meeting and proposed to modify the recommendation to include a double row <br />of coniferous trees. <br /> <br />. <br />
