Heritage Landing Development requested <br />to subdivide approximately five (5) acres into nine (9) single family lots. The <br />property is zoned R 1 d, which requires a minimum of 14,000 square foot lots with 90 <br />feet of frontage. All lots within the plat meet these two requirements. <br /> <br />Dennis Chuba, 20455 Meadowvale Road, Elk River, reviewed the request and <br />stated that Lynn Caswell, John Oliver & Associates, will grade the site <br />appropriately. <br /> <br />Chairman Tveite opened the public hearing.
