<br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />January 25, 1994 <br /> <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Chairman Tveite opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kreger commented on the attractiveness of modern metal skin <br />buildings and suggested the Planning Commission take the time to view newer <br />metal skin buildings within the community. Commissioner Kreger also requested <br />staff research possible architectural standards for metal skin structures. <br /> <br />David Raymond, 13686 Riverview Drive, Elk River, agreed with Commissioner <br />Kreger and stated he is in favor of allowing metal skin buildings. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued among the Commissioners <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KREGER MOVED TO CONTINUE THIS ITEM AND THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />UNTIL THE FEBRUARY 22, 1994, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING TO ALLOW <br />FURTHER RESEARCH. COMMISSIONER MINTON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />9. Other Business <br /> <br />Commissioner Eberley requested an update from staff regarding Custom Motors <br />at the next Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Adiournment <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COMMISSIONER EBERLEY MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COMMISSIONER MINTON SECONDED THE MOTION.
