Should pawn shops be allowed as a permitted retail use or as a conditional <br />use <br />. In which zones should they be located <br />. Under what conditions should they be allowed Le. setbacks from other land <br />uses, hours of operations and outdoor storage <br /> <br />Chair Dillon would like to see licensing of pawn shops as a conditional use <br />permit and would like to keep it in the industrial zone. <br /> <br />Commissioner Minton would like to have similar restriction as those currently in <br />place for sexually orientated land uses. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kuester would like the pawn shops in a publicly viewed place. <br /> <br />Chair Dillon would like to see it similar to Big Lake.
