UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br />TO:FROM: <br />ERMU Commission Tony Mauren – Executive Administrative Manager <br />MEETING DATE: AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: <br />March 8,2022 6.1f <br />SUBJECT: <br />Staff Update <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />None <br />DISCUSSION: <br /> In February all residential electric customers will receive the Electric Vehicle (EV) <br />Charging Program flyer which provides information on ERMU’s rebate for installing an <br />in-homeEV charger as well asitstime-of-use rates. An electronic version of the flyer is <br />attached. <br />Februaryand Marchsocial media posts feature a variety of topics includinghiring for <br />open positions, Smart Energy Provider Week, Presidents’ Day office closure, Tom Bovitz <br />Scholarship deadline, a water service notice on February 21, rate information found in <br />the winter edition of The Current newsletter, and American Public Power Association’s <br />Legislative Rally. Staff will also be posting public service announcements such as dates of <br />upcoming commission meetings. <br /> <br /> After receiving feedback on the customer satisfaction survey from the leadership team, <br />customer service staff, and the conservation & key accounts department, I met with the <br />consultant on February 25 to finalize questions. The first distribution of 1,000 surveys <br />(500 emails, 500 paper letters) is scheduled for March.
