We actively invest in <br />multi-family properties and commercial lease projects. <br />We are a privately held commercial real estate investment company, with over 25 years of ex- <br />perience in development, new construction, management, and investment. With deep roots in <br />the Minneapolis-St. Paul investment community and surrounding communities, we develop <br />ground-up or buy and hold multifamily assets and commercial-leasehold properties with a focus <br />on adding value.
