U80 <br />Subject Easement being reviewed <br />GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY <br />AND DRAINAGE <br />THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT IS MADE on lie " .9- 1, 19--U, by <br />Donald F. Rahn & Donna M. Rahn (collectively referred to as <br />("Grantors"), to the CITY OF ELK RIVER, a Minnesota corporation <br />("Grantee") . <br />RECITALS <br />Grantors are the owners in fee simple of real property in <br />the County of Sherburne, Minnesota, which is legally <br />described on Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Easement <br />Grantee desires to use a portion of the Easement <br />Tract for the construction and maintenance of certain <br />utilities and drainage for public utility purposes. <br />NOW,,THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar <br />,.( $1 AF0 and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt <br />and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />1.
