"'-/.....j <br /> <br />Dear Terry: <br /> <br />We manage the Proctor Townhouse Association located at the referenced location and are <br />aware of the dangerous condition created by parked vehicles along the west shoulder of <br />Proctor north of 191st during atWetic events east ofPractor. <br /> <br />We took these concerns to the Sherburne County Highway Departnment and Dick Corbin <br />of that agency wrote you and suggested a course of action that you apparently must <br />initiate. <br /> <br />I can add nothing to what Dick wrote except to emphasize the potential hazards created <br />by allowing this parking and to add that to compound the problem there is no speed <br />control signage for southbound Proctor from Highland on the north to County 1 on the <br />south.
